  1. General Terms
    • By accessing and using the services provided by 3rdMatrix Consultancy Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
    • We may periodically update these terms, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

    • We provide a variety of digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media management, and content marketing.
    • The scope, deliverables, and other specifics of our services will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement, to be agreed upon by both parties.
  3. Fees and Payment
    • The fee for our services will be as specified in the Service Agreement.
    • Payments are due as specified in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.
  4. Intellectual Property
    • All content, designs, graphics, and other intellectual property developed by us specifically for you will be your property upon final payment.
    • We reserve the right to use general strategies, techniques, and knowledge gained during our service provision for other clients. However, specific strategies developed for you will not be shared or used with other clients.
  5. Confidentiality
    • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or confidential information obtained during the service provision.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    • Our services come with no guarantees regarding specific results. Digital marketing results may vary based on factors beyond our control.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising out of or related to our services will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the services.
  7. Termination
    • Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with notice, as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees will become immediately due.
  9. Third-party Platforms
    • Our services may involve interacting with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook). We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or any actions of these platforms.
  10. Governing Law
    • These Terms & Conditions and any disputes related to them or our services will be governed by the laws of Kolkata High Court.
