It explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, request an audit, contact us, or engage us as a client, and how that information is used, stored, shared and protected.

We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you give us directly — name, business name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number and any message details submitted through our contact form, audit request form, phone call or WhatsApp chat.
- Automatically collected information — device type, browser, approximate location (from IP address), pages viewed, referring page, and on-site behaviour, collected through standard web server logs and analytics/advertising tags (see Cookies below).
- Information from client engagements — where you become a client, we may additionally collect billing details, access credentials to ad accounts/analytics/CRM platforms you authorise us to manage, and campaign performance data, strictly for delivering the agreed services.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and comparable technologies to remember basic preferences (such as whether you have dismissed a notice), understand aggregate traffic and measure how visitors move through the Site. Where we run performance-marketing campaigns for ourselves or on behalf of clients, third-party pixels from platforms such as Google and Meta may be present to measure ad performance and attribution.

6. Data retention
We retain enquiry and Site-usage information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a limited period afterward for record-keeping. Client account and campaign data is retained for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required for tax, accounting, contractual or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, including access controls on client accounts we manage and encrypted transport (HTTPS) for this Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete information we no longer need to retain, by writing to us at the contact details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian data-protection law. Where you have shared your number for WhatsApp or call follow-up, you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including client case studies, social media and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their own policies.
